    The provider decides independently whether a formula is appropriate for you.

  4. A pharmacy prepares it

    If prescribed, a licensed compounding pharmacy prepares and ships it, with directions on the label.

Important information

Before you join

  • These formulas aren’t available yet. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create an order or a patient relationship.
  • Finasteride (in Follicle Fuel and Cedar) is for men only and shouldn’t be handled by women who are or may become pregnant. Spironolactone (in Willow) isn’t for use during pregnancy and can raise potassium levels.
  • Oral minoxidil can cause hair growth outside the scalp, dizziness or a rapid heartbeat. Tell your provider about any heart condition or blood pressure medication.
  • Compounded medications are prepared by an independent licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved finished drug products.

All four are coming soon. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when they’re listed.

Who decides whether I can be prescribed?

A licensed provider reviews your intake, health history and current medications, then decides independently whether a formula is appropriate for you. Fifty 410 doesn’t make prescribing decisions.

How much will it cost?

Lush Lox and Follicle Fuel are listed at $99 per month; pricing for Willow and Cedar will be confirmed before they launch. You’re only asked to pay if a provider issues a prescription, and the final price is confirmed before any payment.

Do I need a membership?

No. There is no membership or subscription fee. You only pay for a program if a provider issues a prescription.
