How does the online process work?
Complete the online intake and submit your health information. A licensed provider reviews it through our secure patient portal and decides independently whether an available option is appropriate. If a prescription is issued, you’ll receive payment and shipping details.
Who decides whether I’m eligible?
A licensed healthcare provider makes all eligibility and prescribing decisions after reviewing the information you submit. Fifty 410 doesn’t guarantee eligibility or direct a provider to prescribe a particular medication.
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. Completing an intake doesn’t guarantee a prescription. The provider may ask for more information, decide that no listed option is appropriate, or recommend in-person care.
