Fifty 410 is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed providers. Providers independently review submitted health information and decide whether an available care option is appropriate.
Our goal is to make the intake, provider review, payment and fulfillment process clear and convenient for patients who choose to use the platform.
Our approach
How we work, and how we don’t.
Providers decide
Licensed providers evaluate the information you submit and make prescribing decisions independently. Fifty 410 doesn’t direct a provider to prescribe.
Independent pharmacies
When a compounded medication is prescribed, an independent compounding pharmacy prepares and ships it. Fifty 410 doesn’t manufacture or dispense medication.
Transparent pricing
No hidden fees or surprise charges. You see the price before you pay, and you pay only if a provider prescribes.
Care in the portal
Contact your care team with questions and use the patient portal for follow-up, messages and order updates.

Credentialed, licensed providers.
Providers on the platform include physicians and nurse practitioners.
Each provider is credentialed and licensed in the states where they practise, reviews your intake and health history, and decides independently whether an option is appropriate.
