I received a surprise Fifty410 shirt in the mail today! I’ll wear and share it proudly. It’s been a while since a large T-shirt fit me. I started on March 1st with a three-month cycle of tirzepatide at 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10mg. After a month off, I’m now taking a maintenance dose. My lifestyle and attitude towards food have definitely changed—no sodas and only two beers in the last four months.
