Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A licensed provider decides independently whether either is appropriate for you; no outcome is promised.
Boxed warning: risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. Do not use if you or a family member has ever had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your provider right away about a lump or swelling in the neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath.
Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar, kidney injury from dehydration, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, increased heart rate, depression or thoughts of suicide, severe stomach problems, and food entering the lungs during anesthesia. The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and stomach pain. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Compounded tirzepatide is $299 total for an 8-week program, averaging $149.50 per 4 weeks; the 8-week program isn’t available in all states. A 4-week program is $199 total. Payment is requested only if a licensed provider issues a prescription.
When am I charged?
No credit card is required up front. If a licensed provider issues a prescription, you’ll be sent a payment link. Prescribed medication ships after payment.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see includes medication, provider consultation and shipping. No subscription or membership fees.
Can I use FSA or HSA funds?
