A licensed provider reviews the submitted information and determines whether an available option is appropriate. Completing the intake does not guarantee eligibility or a prescription. The provider may request more information or recommend in-person care.
Step 3: Review the Order
If a prescription is issued, review the listed option, supply period, price, and terms before making a payment. Contact support if administrative information is unclear. Direct medical questions to the provider.
Step 4: Fulfillment
When a compounded medication is prescribed and paid for, an independent compounding pharmacy handles preparation and shipment. Fifty 410 does not compound, manufacture, or distribute medication.
